Although not very clever, he is very helpful and caring.

A heartwarming story, it is a good show with its share of good, bad and funny moments. A good watch!

LiGhTs, CaMeRa, AcTiOn!

This happened on Tuesday 7 June 05.
I had a late dinner-8.30PM-at “Spizza” at Club Street…
Down the road from the pizza joint were huge lights and trucks…
The huge lights were positioned on the 2 laned road.
Traffic police were stationed at the junction to direct traffic to the other exit.
After ordering my food, my sis and i went to look at what they were filming.

We saw a woman in a red dress. That looks like, yes, it’s WONG LI-LIN.
Then we had to move from where we was standing cos we cast a shadow on the corridor.
(And that affected the filming?)
Where we moved to was, well, not at all a good spot to see anything…
There was this tree blocking our way…

The traffic police asked my sister and i came all the way here to see them filming…
I was like, “no, we are just eating nearby…”
He said they are filming a chinese show.
And asked if we could see the actress and actor.
I said,”where?”
Traffic police:”The girl in the red dress”
Me:”Is it Wong LiLin?”
Traffic police:”Yah, i think so. And the guy in the grey shirt. I think, new actor. ”
oh, ok then…
So my sis and i looked hard at the guy and we were like,
‘turn around’! ‘turn around’!
At last, he turned to the side and we saw:
One of the stars that made ‘The Champion’ so popular,
A rising leading man & top 10 most popular male artise in Star Awards 2004
QI YUWU!

Then, my Dad came and told us that dinner is being served, so we went to eat dinner…
By the way, it was delicious!
On the way home, they were still filming…
Wonder what drama that is?

*It’s not a drama. It’s actually a movie called ‘The Leap Years’ and it’s supposed to be out in 2007!
This is the second show i have seen being filmed.
The other time was at Tanglin Mall…
I saw Fann Wong and Thomas Ong filming a scene for
“Beautiful Illusions”(Jing Zhong Ren)…

Portrait of Home is a really interesting story with twists and turns.

It will be shown in 2 parts -part 1 & 2- like last years mega drama,
Double Happiness(Xi Lin Men). But I think it will be a much better production
in terms of story and cast. It’s a show worth watching!!

This show just finished yesterday… It’s SO not real!
I mean, is there really the neatherworld… etc.
The special effects look the same as the ones used in
“To Mum With Love”(Fei Yi Ban Ma Ma), when the ghosts try to
touch something and their hands go right through the table, child’s head… etc.
So, ok, there is a ‘moral’ in which Jizu turns over a new leaf and helps people…
RATING: 2.7/5.0
The acting is quite good.
Best roles: Brandon Wong as Bao- his acting is so scary!
& Zheng Ge Ping-so used to seeing him act a good guy.
